✨ Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Management
  
  • Develop compelling content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and our company blog.
  • Draft thought leadership articles, case studies, email newsletters, and website copy that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate on the design of engaging visual content, including infographics, presentations, and social media assets.
  • Maintain and optimize our content calendar to ensure consistent, timely communication.
• Market Research & Analysis
  
  • Conduct thorough research on multifamily real estate trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Analyze target audience behavior and preferences to inform content strategy
  • Transform complex real estate data into accessible insights for various marketing channels
  • Prepare market intelligence reports to guide strategic marketing decisions
• Go-To-Market Strategy Support
  
  • Assist in developing and implementing GTM strategies for new features and market expansions
  • Research potential marketing channels and partnership opportunities
  • Support the creation of sales enablement materials and marketing collateral
  • Help track and analyze performance metrics for marketing campaigns and GTM initiatives

🚀 Basic Qualifications

• Current college student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Twitter
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and content optimization
• Excellent research and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

📈 Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or coursework in content marketing, digital marketing, or market research
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, or content management systems
• Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Knowledge of SEO principles and analytics tools
• Interest in real estate, proptech, or related industries
• Experience creating or managing professional social media accounts
