Cosign does not intentionally share Personal Information with third parties without your consent. However, we may share Personal Information:

1. With a third party (including Business Partners) to perform a feature or function you request through the Site

3. With Cosign business partners or affiliates (including Business Partners) for any of the Intended Uses described in this Policy

4) Email Communications (Opt-Out)

After Cosign receives your opt-out request, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to comply within a commercially reasonable time. However, we cannot retrieve or prevent further use of any Personal Information that may have already been shared with others up to that point.

If you opt out properly under this Policy, you should no longer receive emails directly from Cosign after a commercially reasonable period from the date of your notice. Cosign is not responsible for communications sent by other entities (including Business Partners) or for your use of third-party websites, blogs, boards, chats, or forums not owned or controlled by Cosign.

5) Applicability of This Policy; Relationship to Terms of Use

By using this Site (including uploading Personal Information or other content), you:

If you use Third-Party Sites, you acknowledge that any Personal Information you provide may be read, collected, or otherwise used by others and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. Cosign is not responsible for Personal Information you choose to submit to Third-Party Sites. A link does not imply endorsement, and Third-Party Sites are not authorized to make representations on Cosign’s behalf.
